Personalized care to help you and your family thrive in the postpartum.
You don’t need a million onesies or opinions, you need support. Family Tree Doula tailors our services to your individualized needs so you can dig deep, grow your roots and thrive in the postpartum time, not just survive.

Lactation Counseling
Whether you are struggling to overcome the hurdles that can come with breast/chest feeding your new baby (or babies), trying to figure out your pump and the right flanges and accessories for you, or preparing to go back to work, we can provide experience and evidenced-based information to help you meet your goals.

Postpartum Doula Support (days and nights)
Doula care is non-judgmental, personalized nurturing for the whole family. This might look like education for new parents about diapering, feeding, safe sleeping or it could be extra hands while new parents get some much-needed rest, preparing food, providing referrals for other services, and helping to build and/or coordinate your postpartum community.

Batch Cooking/Snack & Meal Prep
Preparing nourishing food is right up our alley. Whether you want something made from the ingredients you already have, meal planning, grocery shopping and/or preparing several meals to freeze and have on hand, we’ve got you covered.
- Please contact us at colette@wncdoula.com, for rates and to review a contract. We currently operate under a sliding scale model. So, YOU identify whether you can pay the going rate, more than the going rate (to support care for those who cannot pay the full rate) or less (if your financial situation has no wiggle room). Our goal is to provide this support to anyone who wants it!
“Colette was a huge asset at helping me find solutions for my toddler adjusting to her new role as a big sister. She listened to me in the way that a cherished friend would. She helped me with organization and to look at things differently. She directed me to a resource in the community that I wasn’t even aware existed and she aided me in meal planning.
She always went the extra mile. “
